Congratulations to Tessa Clarke who was awarded this year’s Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman Award. Tessa, the co-founder and CEO of the food-sharing app Olio, was named the overall winner in honour of her extraordinary contribution to sustainability. Tessa has been extremely successful in various leadership roles in the world of business and is highly thought of amongst her peers.  She branched out in 2015 to co-found the app which helps individuals and companies to save on food waste by passing on perfectly good but unwanted food. Since the business launched, it has not only saved on waste but has brought communities together in the process.

You can read more about Tessa in a career spotlight that we wrote about her previously and more about her award here.
