Former Head Boy, Alister Tawse, and former Head Girl, Jennifer Briant, were at school in different decades but after a chance meeting betweem Jennifer's father and Alister at a golf club in Cornwall, the two OMKs ended up partnering each other and competing in a Regional swimrun event on the Roseland which they won and also qualified them for the world Otillo Swimrun championships in Sweden. This was held on 2 September and involved 70km of swimrunning between 26 Islands in the Archipelago. It was an incredible 10 1/2 hours and they finished in the top 50. Many congratulations to the duo on their epic achievement!
