Federico wins 2 x Bronze Medals in Tokyo

There was much to celebrate when Federico Burdisso brought home a bronze medal for Italy after finishing third in the 200m butterfly at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. As if that wasn't enough, he then went on to win a SECOND Bronze medal for Italy as part of the Mens' 4 x 100m Medley Relay (with his butterfly stroke).

Fede (pictured second left) was at Mount Kelly from 2017-19 and to have won two medals in his first olympics, at the young age of 21, is an incredible achievement. Congratulations!

For two OMKs to have made the podium within 24hrs in Tokyo (Flora Duffy won her Gold in the Triathlon just one day before Federico won his first Bronze) is something to be incredibly proud of - and we are!
