1st XV Debut and Finale at Launceston

The Upper Sixth had the chance to play their first, and sadly, their last game of the school year on Friday 14 May, and what a swan song it turned out to be! It was undoubtedly a very tough encounter and both teams put in some big tackles, with every opportunity to score from both sides. Mount Kelly scored early in the fourth quarter, with a runaway try. A stunning drop goal and a penalty finished off the match with a hard fought 0-11 victory to Mount Kelly.
