It was a pleasure to welcome back OMK Harriet Hayley (2023–2025), who spoke to Year 12 about her year as an apprentice with Kier Construction. Harriet is thoroughly enjoying her role as a construction site manager at a local prison, while completing her fully funded degree at Sheffield Hallam University. Pupils were grateful for her valuable advice on navigating increasingly popular apprenticeship schemes. We are also incredibly proud of all she has achieved in such a short time.
